Newton Education Foundation puts community resources to work for NCS students so they can achieve academic and personal success. We know that great schools build great communities and we need your support to do this important work! Over three teacher grant cycles last year we awarded $100,000 IN TEACHER GRANTS AMONG ALMOST EVERY SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT! The payroll gifts from just 130 NCS employees adds up to $6,000 per year that goes right back to the schools via teacher grants.
This year, to incentivize new payroll signups, we will provide an extra grant of $2,000 to the school that has the highest percentage of payroll givers signed up by 12/31/25. The grant funds will be given specifically to be spent on something that supports teachers and staff at the winning school. Every dollar counts, so you will be counted for your school whether you sign up to give $1, $10 or $100 per check.
